Gojkovic said that an ambassador’s work and mission are dedicated to peace and understanding between people and states, which makes this terrorist attack an attack on all of our world’s civilizational values.

The National Assembly Speaker stressed that the response to and fight against terrorism must be strong, uniform and shared.

“On the behalf of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and myself, please allow me to extend our most heartfelt and deepest condolences on the brutal assassination of Ambassador Andrey Karlov, to the Russian Federation and its people”, Gojkovic wrote.
