At its seventh session, the Board of Inquiry took depositions from two people summoned to testify on circumstances they were aware of relating to the trade of electrical energy as well as financial and banking-related offences linked to it.
The session was held on 16 March, and was chaired by Aleksandar Vucic, chairman of the Board.
At this session, depositions were given by Ljubomir Geric, former chief executive of EPS, Serbia’s national power generation company, as well as by Svetislav Bulatovic, executive sales manager of London-based EFT, a company trading in electricity.
Ljubomir Geric and Svetislav Bulatovic also answered questions put to them by the chairman and members of the Board of Inquiry.
