85th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 3 December, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered, in principle, the 12 bills and five decision proposals on the agenda for the Sixth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2013.
By a majority of votes, the Committee also ruled that the Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Decision amending and modifying the Republic Health Insurance Fund 2013 Financial Plan, Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Decision amending and modifying the National Employment Service 2013 Financial Plan, Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Election of Member and Deputy Members of the Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Proposal of the Decision modifying the Decision on the Election of Member and Deputy Members of the Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and the Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Appointment of Heads of the Standing Delegations of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia to International Parliamentary Institutions, comply with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, MA Vladimir Cvijan.
