77th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 23 October, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues reviewed the amendments submitted to the Building Legalisation Bill, Bill on Mediation in Real Estate Transactions and Rental, Bill on Export and Import of Dual-Purpose Goods, Bill amending and modifying the Electronic Trading Law and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Protection of Competition.
The Committee went on to formulate the text of the response to send to the Constitutional Court on its initiative to launch procedures to assess the constitutionality of the provisions of article 45 and article 47, paragraph 2, item 3 of the Law on Trade, initiative to launch procedures to ascertain the unconstitutionality of the provisions of article 3, paragraph 4, article 5, paragraphs 1 and 3, line 3, article 6, paragraph 1, line 1, article 7, paragraphs 2 and 3, articles 9, 11 and 13 and article 15 paragraph 1, line 1 of the Law on the Bases of Security Services Organisation of the Republic of Serbia, initiative to launch procedures to assess the constitutionality of the provisions of article 55, paragraph 2 of the Law on Trade and the initiative to launch procedures to assess the constitutionality of article 11 of the Law on Financial Assistance to Families with Children.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, MA Vladimir Cvijan.
