77th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 23 April, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues ascertained the proposal of amendments to the 2020 Assembly Budget prepared by the National Assembly Secretary General.

Dr Aleksandar Martinovic said that the proposed amendments to the 2020 Assembly Budget were drafted based on the Ministry of Finance memo of 9 April 2020 concerning the proposal to reduce source 01 expenses due to declared COVID-19 pandemic in an amount no less than 20% of the funds allocated by the 2020 budget. In the 2020 Assembly Budget, component part of the Republic of Serbia 2020 Budget Law, Article 2, the amount of “3,333,924,000 RSD” is to be replaced by “3,189,944,000 RSD”.

Following a discussion joined by National Assembly Secretary General Srdjan Smiljanic, the MPs accepted the proposed amendments to the 2020 Assembly Budget.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dusica Stojkovic, Branimir Jovanovic, Momo Colakovic, Veroljub Matic, Milorad Mircic, Aleksandar Markovic, Dr Dragana Barisic, Nemanja Sarovic, Dr Sci.med Darko Laketic, Tatjana Macura, Djordje Milicevic, Vojislav Vujic and Marko Zeljug.
