The Government had submitted an amendment to Article 20 of the Bill amending and modifying the Personal Income Tax Law, which the Committee found to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia:

The Committee also considered in detail the Bill amending the Law on Taxes on Use Possession and Carrying of Goods, submitted by the Government, Bill amending and modifying the Property Taxes Law, submitted by the Government, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Compulsory Social Insurance Contributions, submitted by the Government, and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Expropriation, submitted by the Government, finding all the amendments submitted to the bills to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee also found the amendment submitted by the Committee on Finance State Budget and Control of Public Spending to Article 1 of the Bill amending and modifying the Budget System Law to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
