74th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At its 74th sitting, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues unanimously adopted the Report on the decision proposal to allow the detention and criminal prosecution of MP Dragan Tomic.

The Committee also proposed that the National Assembly, as stipulated in articles 167 and 193 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, adopt the Decision by urgent procedure, in line with the request of the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade.

The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
