72nd Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 24 January, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed and granted consent to the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures to, due to an increase in scope, employ two civil servants under full-time employment contracts and extend the temporary service contract to the employee in charge of software maintenance.

The Committee went on to discuss the Anti-Corruption Agency’s request for consent and granted consent for full-time employment of 8 persons, as envisaged by the Rulebook on Internal Organisation and Job Systematisation at the Anti-Corruption Agency Support Service. The need to boost the existing human resources stems from the Agency’s additional activities envisaged by the Action Plan for the implementation of the new National Anti-Corruption Strategy.

The Committee discussed and gave a positive opinion to the request made by MP Meho Omerovic, as regards assuming another public office.

The Committee also established a list for A-I and A-II parking stickers.

The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
