71st Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 17 January, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the resignation tendered to the post of MP by Bozidar Djelic.


The Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly note the termination of the term of office of MP Bozidar Djelic.

The Committee went on to discuss the Ombudsman’s request for consent and granted consent to employ 10 persons in order to fill the vacant posts the procedure for which is to be launched, and the number of temporary staff at the Ombudsman’s Support Service should remain the same as it was on the day the Law amending and modifying the Budget System Law came into force.

The Committee gave a positive opinion to the request made by Prof. Dr Milan Jovanovic, member of the National Council for Higher Education, as regards assuming another public office

Concerning the request made by MP Aleksandar Cotric, the Committee also gave a positive opinion as regards assuming another public office.

The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
