68th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 16 July, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered, in principle, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Survey and Cadastre and the Bill on Misdemeanours, deeming them both compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee also considered the Proposal of the Decision on the Election of Deputy Public Prosecutor (with amendment), submitted by the State Prosecutorial Council, and declared it compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
