67th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 25 October 2021, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered, in principle, a number of bills submitted by the Government:
- Bill amending the Republic of Serbia 2021 Budget Law, with its accompanying Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Decision amending and modifying the Republic Pension and Disability Insurance Fund 2021 Financial Plan, Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Decision amending the Republic Health Insurance Fund 2021 Financial Plan, and the Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Decision amending the National Employment Service 2021 Financial Plan;
- Bill on the Ombudsman,
- Bill amending and modifying the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Importance;
- Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Registration Procedure at the Business Registers Agency and
- Bill amending and modifying the Law on Central Register of Real Owners.
The Committee members found all the bills to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Jelena Zaric Kovacevic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nevena Veinovic, Zeljko Tomic, Olja Petrovic, Luka Kebara, Marko Mladenovic, Dr Ugljesa Mrdic, Dubravka Kralj, Toma Fila, Milenko Jovanov, Djordje Todorovic, Milos Terzic and Vesna Nedovic.
