The request states the need to employ new staff to fill 26 vacancies. The request also states that the employment of new staff to fill said vacancies adheres to the funds allocated to the State Audit Institution in the 2015 Budget Law and that the employment of new staff is necessary due to an increase in numbers of audit subjects. In addition, the Action Plan for the National Anti-Corruption Strategy envisages the strengthening of the capacities of the State Audit Institution via an increase in staff, to be able to complete audits of parliamentary political parties and ensure full financial and operational independence of the State Audit Institution.

The Committee members unanimously decided to grant consent to the request of the State Audit Institution to employ new staff.

The Committee members then proceeded to discuss the notification of the National Assembly Deputy Secretary General on the reprimand issued to MP Janko Veselinovic to maintain order at the Fifth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2015 and decided to fine MP Janko Veselinovic 6,892.78 RSD.
