58th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 17 May, the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Code, Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Procedure Code, Bill on Prevention of Corruption, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Seizure and Confiscation of Proceeds from Crime and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Execution of Criminal Sanctions, in detail.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Petar Petrovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Marjana Maras, Doc. Dr Mihailo Jokic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Jovan Palalic, Stanija Kompirovic, Aleksandra Majkic, Slavisa Bulatovic, Djordje Komlenski, Zarko Micin and Dr Balint Pasztor.
