57th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 12 October, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the notifications submitted by the National Assembly Deputy Secretary General on the reprimands issued to MPs Zoran Zivkovic and Djordje Vukadinovic at the 10th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 11th Legislature, and MPs Marija Janjusevic and Marinika Tepic at the First Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2018.


The Committee decided to fine the MP Zoran Zivkovic 10% of an MP’s base salary – 7,171.26 RSD, MP Djordje Vukadinovic 10% of an MP’s base salary – 7,171.26 RSD, MP Marija Janjusevic 10% of an MP’s base salary – 7,171.26 RSD, and MP Marinika Tepic 40% of an MP’s base salary – 28,687.05 RSD.

The Committee members went on to consider the proposal of the National Assembly Deputy Secretary General to prolong the status of acting Assistant Secretary General – Head of the General Affairs Sector and acting Assistant Secretary General – Head of the Operations and Technical Affairs and Information Technology Sector, for a three-month period.

The Committee members ruled on the appointment of Marina Sukovic as acting Assistant Secretary General – Head of the General Affairs Sector, and Dario Kukolj as acting Assistant Secretary General – Head of the Operations and Technical Affairs and Information Technology Sector, for a three-month period.

The Committee members also ascertained the list for A-I and A-II parking stickers.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Momo Colakovic, Dr Dragana Barisic, Branimir Jovanovic, Jelena Mijatovic, Dusica Stojkovic, Vera Jovanovic, Aleksandar Markovic, Vojislav Vujic and Sandra Basic.
