56th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 6 November, the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending reviewed the Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement for the Privileged Buyer of E-763 Highway Construction Project (section Obrenovac - Ljig) between the Government of the Republic of Serbia represented by the Ministry of Finance and Economy as Borrower and the Chinese Export-Import Bank as Creditor, submitted by the Government.
Representative of the Ministry of Finance Dragana Ratkovic provided rationale for the Bill. Following a short debate, the Committee members adopted the Bill by a majority of votes.
The Committee members also discussed and adopted the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Kingdom of Morocco on Avoidance of Double Taxation with respect to Taxes on Income, elaborated by Dejan Dabetic, representative of the Ministry of Finance.
The sitting was chaired by Vesna Kovac, Committee Chairperson.
