54th sitting of the Finance Committee
At its sitting held on 25 September 2006, the Finance Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia discussed, in principle and in particular, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Budget System Act and the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2006.The deputies and the Government of the Republic of Serbia had submitted 34 amendments to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Budget System Act; the Finance Committee adopted eight amendments.

A total of 40 amendments were submitted to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2006, with its associated Proposals of Decisions grating consent to Decisions Amending and Modifying 2006 Financial Plans of the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Employees, the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Farmers, the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Private Entrepreneurs, the Republic Health Insurance Agency, and the National Employment Service. The Finance Committee adopted five amendments submitted to the Bill.
