54th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 30 August, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues discussed the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of MPs’ terms of office for the purpose of filling vacant seats at the National Assembly.
The Committee ascertained that terms of office had been allocated to Milutin Mrkonjic and Srdjan Dragojevic, candidates from the IVICA DACIC - SOCIALIST PARTY OF SERBIA (SPS), PARTY OF UNITED PENSIONERS OF SERBIA (PUPS), UNITED SERBIA (US) Electoral List, and unanimously proposed that the National Assembly should note the verification of the new MPs’ terms of office.
