The Committee ascertained that the resignation tendered by MP Meho Omerovic, elected from the Electoral List ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – SERBIA IS WINNING, falls within the situation set out in article 88, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Law on Election of MPs according to which resignation is listed as a reason for the termination of an MP’s term of office before the expiry of the term they were elected for, thus proposing that the National Assembly note the termination of the abovementioned MP’s term of office.

The Committee proceeded to ascertain the list for A-I and A-II parking stickers.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dusica Stojkovic, Stefana Miladinovic, Branimir Jovanovic, Dr Darko Laketic, Katarina Rakic, Momo Colakovic, Veroljub Matic, Milorad Mircic, Marko Zeljug and Aleksandar Markovic.
