51st sitting of the Finance Committee
At its sitting held on 17 May 2006, the Finance Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia discussed the Bill on Special Powers to Efficiently Protect Intellectual Property Rights in principle and in particular.
At its sitting held on 17 May 2006, the Finance Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia discussed the Bill on Special Powers to Efficiently Protect Intellectual Property Rights in principle and in particular. Committee members did not endorse 15 amendments submitted by deputies; on the other hand, the Committee submitted a total of 16 amendments to the Bill.
Deputies had submitted 70 amendments to the Bill on the Market in Securities and Other Financial Instruments; of these, Committee members endorsed six. The Finance Committee endorsed three amendments submitted by the Legislative Committee, and submitted two of its own amendments.
The Finance Committee did not endorse any of the 34 amendments submitted by deputies to the Investment Funds Bill.
The Committee endorsed the three amendments submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia to the Takeovers Bill. The 16 amendments submitted by deputies were not endorsed.
Of a total of 46 amendments submitted by deputies to the Accounting and Auditing Bill, the Finance Committee endorsed one.
The Finance Committee’s sitting was chaired by the Committee’s vice-chairman, Radojko Obradovic, and attended by the Minister of International Economic Relations, Dr Milan Parivodic, and officials of the Ministry of Finance.Committees related to this activity
