51st Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 5 July 2018, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the notifications submitted by the National Assembly Deputy Secretary General on the reprimands issued to MP Radoslav Milojicic at the Eighth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 11th Legislature and decided to fine MP Radoslav Milojicic 20% of an MP’s base salary – 14.342,52 RSD for the two reprimands.


The Committee went on to review and give a positive opinion to the requests submitted by Energy Agency Council member Negica Rajakov and MP Aleksandar Markovic to assume another public office.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dusica Stojkovic, Stefana Miladinovic, Branimir Jovanovic, Momo Colakovic, Veroljub Matic, Vera Jovanovic, Aleksandra Jerkov, Aleksandar Markovic, Dr Dragana Barisic and Vojislav Vujic.
