50th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 20 June, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the notifications submitted by the National Assembly Deputy Secretary General on the reprimands issued to MPs Balsa Bozovic and Zoran Zivkovic at the Fifth Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2018, MP Srbislav Filipovic at the 15th Special Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 11th Legislature, and MP Srdjan Nogo at the Sixth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 11th Legislature and decided to fine the MPs 10% of an MP’s base salary – 7,171.26 RSD.


The Committee also reviewed the notifications submitted by the National Assembly Deputy Secretary General on the reprimands issued to MPs Bosko Obradovic and Sonja Pavlovic at the Sixth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 11th Legislature and decided to fine the MP Bosko Obradovic 20% of an MP’s base salary – 14.342,52 RSD for the two reprimands issued, and MP Sonja Pavlovic 10% of an MP’s base salary – 7,171.26 RSD for one reprimand issued.

The Committee members also reviewed the notifications submitted by the National Assembly Deputy Secretary General on the reprimands issued to MPs Radoslav Milojicic, Dr Dijana Vukomanovic and Miroslav Aleksic at the Seventh Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 11th Legislature and decided to fine MPs Radoslav Milojicic and Dr Dijana Vukomanovic 10% of an MP’s base salary – 7,171.26 RSD for one reprimand each, and MP Miroslav Aleksic 20% of an MP’s base salary – 14.342,52 RSD for the two reprimands.

The Committee went on to consider the proposal of the National Assembly Speaker and moved to extend the employment of Miroslav Sestovic as National Assembly Speaker’s Chief-of-Staff.

The Committee members also considered the proposal of the National Assembly Deputy Secretary General and granted consent to extend permanent employment to the new staff at the National Assembly Support Service.

They reviewed the proposal of the National Assembly Deputy Secretary and ruled to extend the employment of Radoslav Vujovic, Dario Kukolj and Marina Sukovic at the post they were appointed to until the expiry of the term they were appointed for.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Branimir Jovanovic, Katarina Rakic, Momo Colakovic, Veroljub Matic, Vera Jovanovic, Petar Petrovic, Aleksandar Markovic, Djordje Milicevic, Goran Nikolic and Marko Zeljug.
