48th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 6 June, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the resignation tendered to the post of MP by Zeljko Susec.

The Committee ascertained that the resignation tendered by MP Zeljko Susec, elected from the Electoral List ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – SERBIA IS WINNING, falls within the situation set out in article 88, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Law on Election of MPs according to which resignation is listed as a reason for the termination of an MP’s term of office before the expiry of the term they were elected for, thus proposing that the National Assembly note the termination of the abovementioned MP’s term of office.

The Committee proceeded to review and give a positive opinion to the request submitted by MP Dr Ivan Bauer to take on additional employment as TV host.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Sandra Bozic, Dusca Stojkovic, Dr Dragana Barisic, Jelena Mijatovic, Branimir Jovanovic, Dr Darko Laketic, Momo Colakovic, Milorad Mircic and Aleksandar Markovic.
