47th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 22 May, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed and by majority vote adopted the decision proposals for the determination of maximum number of full-time employees in 2018 in the support services of the following independent state bodies and organizations: Commission for Protection of Competition, Commissioner for Protection of Equality, Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media, Securities Commission, Fiscal Council, Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, Anti-Corruption Agency, State Audit Institution and Republic of Serbia Energy Agency.


The Committee went on to review and by majority vote adopt the Securities Commission’s request for consent to recruit additional staff in 2018 i.e. to recruit three additional staff members.

The Committee also granted consent to the Rulebook on Internal Organisation and Job Systematisation at the National Assembly’s Support Service submitted by National Assembly Deputy Secretary General Srdjan Smiljanic, and by majority vote accepted the National Assembly’s Proposal for the determination of maximum number of full-time employees in the National Assembly’s Support Service in 2018.

The Committee proceeded to review and give a positive opinion to the requests submitted by MPs Dr Dijana Vukomanovic, Dr Sandi Raskovic Ivic and Enis Imamovic to assume another public office.

The sitting was attended by representatives of the submitters who presented their proposals.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dusica Stojkovic, Branimir Jovanovic, Momo Colakovic, Veroljub Matic, Milorad Mircic, Aleksandar Markovic, Dr Dragana Barisic, Dr Darko Laketic, Djordje Milicevic, Vojislav Vujic, Marko Zeljug and Branka Stamenkovic, as well as MPs Marijan Risticevic and Marija Janjusevic.
