The representative of the submitter, Minister of Finance and Economy Mladjan Dinkic elaborated the Bill amending and modifying the Republic of Serbia 2013 Budget Law, and the Committee sitting was also attended by the members of the Fiscal Council. Following a debate, the Committee accepted the Bill, in principle, by a majority of votes.
The Committee went on to consider and, by a majority of votes, accept in principle the Bill amending and modifying the Budget System Law, Bill on the Assumption of Obligations of Roads of Serbia Public Enterprise toward Joint Stock Companies arising from Unsettled Debts and Transforming Said Obligations into the Public Debt of the Republic of Serbia, Bill amending the Law on the Assumption of Obligations of Health Care Institutions toward Wholesale Pharmacies arising from Procurement of Medicines and Medical Material and Transforming Said Obligations into the Public Debt of the Republic of Serbia, Accounting Bill, Auditing Bill, Factoring Bill and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement amending and modifying the Loan Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Italy for the Realisation of Programme “Assistance loans for small and medium-sized enterprises via the national banking sector and local development support via public utility enterprises”.
