46th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 9 May 2018, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the notification submitted by the National Assembly Deputy Secretary General on the reprimand issued to MP Dr Aleksandar Martinovic at the Second Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2018 and decided to fine the MP 10% of an MP’s base salary – 7,171.26 RSD.
The Committee members reviewed the notification submitted by the National Assembly Deputy Secretary General on the two reprimands issued to MP Miroslav Aleksic and denial of the floor to maintain order at the Second Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2018, and decided to fine the MP 40% of an MP’s base salary – 28,685.05 RSD.
The Committee reviewed the notifications submitted by the National Assembly Deputy Secretary General on the reprimands issued to MPs Branka Stamenkovic and Radoslav Milojicic at the Second Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2018, two each, and decided to fine them 10% of an MP’s base salary in each case i.e. 14,342.52 RSD.
The Committee went on to review the reprimands issued to MPs Marko Djurisic and Radoslav Milojicic at the Third Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2018. Marko Djurisic was issued two reprimands, denied the floor and expelled from the session and consequently fined 50% of an MP’s base salary – 35,856.32 RSD, while Radoslav Milojicic was issued one reprimand and as a consequence fined 10% of an MP’s base salary – 7,171.26 RSD.
The Committee also reviewed the notification submitted by the National Assembly Deputy Secretary General on the reprimand issued to MP Radoslav Milojicic to maintain order at the Forth Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2018, and as a consequence decided to fine him 10% of an MP’s base salary – 7,171.26 RSD.
The Committee members reviewed the notification submitted by the National Assembly Deputy Secretary General on the reprimand issued to MP Maja Videnovic at the Forth Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2018, and decided to fine her 10% of an MP’s base salary – 7,171.26 RSD.
The Committee members also reviewed the notification submitted by the National Assembly Deputy Secretary General on the reprimand issued to MP Radoslav Milojicic at the Forth Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2018, and decided to fine him 10% of an MP’s base salary – 7,171.26 RSD.
The Committee went on to review and give a positive opinion to the request submitted by MP Dusica Stojkovic to assume another public office.
Finally, the Committee members ascertained the list for A-1 and A-2 parking stickers.
