45th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 18 April 2018, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling vacant seats at the National Assembly.


The Committee members adopted a Report proposing that the National Assembly note the term of office of MP Nada Kostic, elected from the Electoral List ENOUGH IS ENOUGH – SASA RADULOVIC, and MP Zoran Despotovic, elected from the Electoral List Dr VOJISLAV SESELJ - SERBIAN RADICAL PARTY.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Goran Ciric, Nenad Konstantinovic, Nemanja Sarovic, Stefana Miladinovic, Branimir Jovanovic, Momo Colakovic, Veroljub Matic, Milorad Mircic, Marko Zeljug and Petar Petrovic.
