The Committee members reviewed and unanimously decided to forward to the National Assembly a Report stating that the death of MP Zoran Krasic falls within the situation set out in article 88, paragraph 1, item 8 of the Law on Election of MPs according to which an MP’s term of office is terminated before the expiry of the term they were elected for upon their death, thus proposing that the National Assembly note the termination of the abovementioned MP’s term of office.
