43rd Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 14 June 2021, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance, submitted by the Government, in principle.

The Committee found the abovementioned Bill to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee went on to forward a response to the Constitutional Court concerning the initiative to launch proceedings for the assessment of constitutionality of Article 29, paragraph 9 of the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Jelena Zaric Kovacevic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nevena Veinovic, Zeljko Tomic, Olja Petrovic, Vuk Mircetic, Luka Kebara, Ugljesa Mrdic, Borisav Kovacevic, Dubravka Kralj, Ilija Matejic, Milenko Jovanov, Djordje Todorovic and Violeta Ocokoljic.
