43rd Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 5 April 2018, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the resignation tendered to the post of MP by Milos Boskovic.
The Committee members went on to ascertain the Proposal of the Decision on the Organization and Operation of the National Assembly Support Service and forward it to the National Assembly with the proposal that it be discussed under urgent procedure.
The Committee members also reviewed the notifications submitted by the National Assembly Deputy Secretary General on the two reprimands issued to MP Marko Djurisic at the First Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2018 and decided to fine the MP 10% of an MP’s base salary – 7,171.26 RSD, for each of the reprimands.
The Committee also reviewed the notification of the National Assembly Deputy Secretary General on the reprimand issued to MP Marinika Tepic to maintain order at the Second Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2018 and decided to fine the MP 40% of an MP’s base salary – 28,685.05 RSD.
The Committee members went on to rule on the appointment of Marina Sukovic as acting Assistant Secretary General – Head of the General Affairs Sector, and Dario Kukolj as acting Assistant Secretary General – Head of the Facilities Maintenance Sector, for a six-month period, at the proposal of National Assembly Deputy Secretary General Srdjan Smiljanic.
The Committee members also ascertained the list for A-1 and A-2 parking stickers.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dusica Stojkovic, Stefana Miladinovic, Branimir Jovanovic, Momo Colakovic, Veroljub Matic, Vera Jovanovic, Aleksandar Markovic, Dr Dragana Barisic, Vojislav Vujic and Marko Zeljug.
