40th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending

At the sitting held on 12 December 2025, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending considered the Report of the Working group tasked with ascertaining the compliance with requirements in the procedure of nomination of candidates for the election of one member of the Council of the Commission for State Aid Control, presented by Working Group Chairperson Jasmina Palurovic.

She said that the Working Group had determined that both the candidates who had submitted all the required documentation, Nikola Kontic and Jasmina Trifunovic, had submitted their applications in a timely manner and meet the criteria and requirements delineated in the Law on State Aid Control and the public call.

The Committee members accepted the Working Group Report and then interviewed the candidates for the election of one member of the Council of the Commission for State Aid Control.

Following the interview, the Committee formulated the Proposal of the List of Candidates for the election of one member of the Council of the Commission for State Aid Control and proposed that the National Assembly elect candidate Jasmina Trifunovic member of the Council of the Commission for State Aid Control.

The Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly consider the Proposal of the List of Candidates under urgent procedure.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Ana Beloica Martac, MA Svetlana Milijic, Nikola Radosavljevic, Jasmina Palurovic, Tijana Davidovac, Nenad Krstic, Mgr Akos Ujhely, Vojislav Vujic, Risto Kostov, Pedja Mitrovic and Miroslav Aleksic.
