40th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 9 December 2025, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered the resignation tendered to the post of MP by Dejan Tomasevic.

The Committee ascertained that the situation falls under Article 131, paragraph 2, item 6) of the Law on Election of MPs which lists resignation as a reason for the termination of an MP’s term of office, and proposed that the National Assembly note the termination of the MP’s term of office.

The Committee also considered the notifications of the National Assembly Secretary General on the reprimands issued at the Second Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2025 to MPs Tatjana Pasic on 5 November 2025, and Milos Parandilovic on 7 November 2025. By majority vote, the Committee adopted decisions to fine said MPs 10% of an MP’s base salary i.e. 12,443.58 RSD.

The Committee then considered the notifications of the National Assembly Secretary General on the two reprimands issued at the Third Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2025 to MP Milos Parandilovic on 28 November 2025 and on 2 December 2025. By majority vote, the Committee adopted the Decision to fine said MPs 20% of an MP’s base salary i.e. 24,887.16 RSD.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Ugljesa Markovic, Ivana Stamatovic, Branko Lukic, Djordje Komlenski, Olja Petrovic, Goran Milic, Igor Jaksic, Dane Stanojcic, Branimir Jovanovic, Stefan Kitanovic and Aleksandar Jugovic.

MP Mila Popovic also attended the Committee sitting.
