It also considered the 22 amendments submitted to the Bill on the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina Development Fund. The Committee deemed all the amendments compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee also deemed the 14 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Energy Law compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
All of the six amendments submitted to the Bill Granting Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Deutsche bank AG London against the debt of ''Srbijagas'' Public Enterprise Novi Sad for the realisation of Project South Stream, were also deemed compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee deemed the nine amendments submitted to the Bill Granting Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Credit Suisse bank London, Vojvodjanska banka a.d. Novi Sad, UniCredit Bank Serbia a.d., Belgrade and Deutsche bank AG London against the debt of ''Srbijagas'' Public Enterprise Novi Sad, compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee also deemed all of the eight amendments submitted to the Bill Granting Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Komercijalna banka a.d. Belgrade and AIK bank a.d. Nis against the debt of Galenika a.d. Belgrade, compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia, as well as the five amendments submitted to the Bill Granting Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Banca Intesa a.d. Belgrade against the debt of Air Traffic Joint Stock Company “JAT Airways” a.d. Belgrade.
