32nd Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 2 February 2022, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered, in principle, the Bill on the Election of the President of the Republic, Bill on the Election of Members Parliament, Bill on Local Elections, Bill amending the Law on Prevention of Corruption, Bill amending the Civil Procedure Law and the Bill amending the Law on Salaries of Civil Servants and General Service Employees, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia, as well as the Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council, of 27 December 2021, Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council, of 21 January 2022, and the Proposal of the Decision on the election of Deputy Public Prosecutor, submitted by the Prosecutorial Council.
