29th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 28 August, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.
The Committee unanimously decided to forward to the National Assembly a Report proposing that it note the term of office of newly-elected MP Grozdana Banac from the Electoral List ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – SERBIA IS WINNING, on the behalf of the Party of United Pensioners of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dusica Stojkovic, Dr Dragana Barisic, Jelena Mijatovic, Dr Sci. med. Darko Laketic, Branimir Jovanovic, Djordje Milicevic, Momo Colakovic, Branka Stamenkovic, Aleksandar Markovic and Nenad Konstantinovic.
