28th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting held on 10 December 2021, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered, in principle, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Referendum and People’s Initiative, submitted by the Government.


The Bill was presented by State Secretary at the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Maja Macuzic Puzic and, after a debate, the committee members decided to propose that the National Assembly accept it, in principle.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Vladimir Djukanovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dejan Kesar, Bratimir Vasiljevic, Dubravka Kralj, Vesna Krisanov, Toma Fila, Velibor Milojicic, Marijan Risticevic, Nenad Baros, Sanja Jefic Brankovic, Nebojsa Pavlovic, Doc. Dr Mihailo Jokic, Bratislav Jugovic and Jelena Zaric Kovacevic.
