28th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 20 November 2025, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the Proposal to adopt an authentic interpretation of the provision of Article 9 of the Law on special procedures for the realisation of the revitalisation and development project of the location in Belgrade between Kneza Milosa, Masarikova, Bircaninova and Resavska, submitted my MP Milenko Jovanov.


Following a debate the Committee deemed the adoption of the proposal to pass an authentic interpretation justifiable and decided to forward the Proposal for an authentic interpretation of said provision to the National Assembly, in the proposed text.

The Committee members also decided that the Proposal for an authentic interpretation be forwarded to the National Assembly under urgent procedure, in line with Article 167 of the Rules of Procedure, so as to prevent the deleterious consequences dilemmas concerning the application of said provision may lead to.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Deputy Chairman Dragan Nikolic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Marko Milosevic, Branko Pavlovic, Risto Kostov, Borko Stefanovic, Uros Djokic, Slobodan Petrovic, Olja Petrovic, Nikola Bokan, Snezana Jovanovic, Vesna Nedovic, Milos Gnjidic, Jasmina Palurovic as well as MP Pedja Mitrovic, who is not member of the Committee.
