27th Sitting of the European Integration Committee

At the sitting held on 8 November 2021, the members of the European Integration Committee considered, in principle, the Bill on Biocidal Products and the Bill amending and modifying the Company Law, submitted by the Government.

The bills were presented by State Secretary at the Ministry of Economy Zoran Dimitrijevic and Assistant Minister Dusan Vuckovic, and on behalf of the Ministry of Environmental Protection by the Head of the European Integration Department Jelena Scepanovic and the Head of the Chemicals Department Sonja Roglic.

Following a debate the Committee unanimously adopted the bills on the agenda.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Elvira Kovacs, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Adrijana Avramov, Samira Cosovic, Milan Ilic, Stefan Srbljanovic, Ana Miljanovic, Viktor Jevtovic, Stanislav Janosevic, Dijana Radovic, Ilija Matejic, Milan Radan, Ana Pesic and Dusica Stojkovic.
