The Committee members reviewed the candidate nominations for Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection and noted that all three candidates - Milan Marinovic, Nevena Ruzic and Bojan Milosavljevic, meet the legal requirements and proceeded to interview them.

Following the interviews, the Committee formulated the Proposal of the Decision on the election of Milan Marinovic of Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection and forwarded it to the National Assembly for consideration and ruling.

The Committee went on to review the Collective List of candidates for members of the National Council for Culture, submitted by the Ministry of Culture and the Media based on the proposals submitted by the legally authorized nominators. Committee Chairman Mirko Krlic reminded the Committee members that the National Assembly had elected six of 19 members of the National Council for Culture at the sitting on 14 February, so the procedure for the remaining 13 was repeated. The Committee members noted that the Collective List of candidates for members of the National Council for Culture had been submitted in line with the law by authorized submitters and forwarded it to the National Assembly for consideration and ruling.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Mirko Krlic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Haji Milorad Stosic, Mladen Lukic, Prof. Dr Marko Atlagic, Srbislav Filipovic, Natasa Mihailovic Vacic, Dragana Kostic, Djordje Vukadinovic, Snezana Paunovic, Prof. Dr Snezana Bogosavljevic Boskovic, Stanija Kompirovic and MPs Tatjana Macura and Djordje Komlenski.
