25th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 23 December 2024, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues granted consent to the Rulebook on Internal Organisation and Job Systematisation at the National Assembly Support Service.


The Committee members went on to review and give a positive opinion to the request submitted by MP Milimir Vujadinovic to assume another public office as Director of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina Guarantee Fund.

The Committee then passed the Decision to channel funds from the National Assembly Solidarity Fund in the amount of 255,051.48 RSD to the Diocese of Raska-Prizren Monastery Gracanica, Cara Lazara bb, 38205 Gracanica, marked “Aid for Soup Kitchens”.

The funds from the National Assembly Solidarity Fund in the amount of 255,051.48 RSD will be paid for the purposes of medical treatment of children and youth for conditions that cannot be successfully treated in the Republic of Serbia to be treated abroad.

As item 4 on the agenda, the Committee also adopted the Decision on the base rate for the calculation and payment of the salary of the President of the Republic, MPs and appointed staff in the President’s and National Assembly Support Service.

The Committee also gave a positive opinion to the request submitted by Tomislav Jankovic Milimir Vujadinovic to be allowed to, in addition to the post of MP, perform an additional duty based on a contract on secondary employment concluded with MG d.o.o. Novi Sad.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Jelena Milosevic, Dr Dragana Rakic, Djordje Komlenski, Goran Milic, Igor Jaksic, Zoran Stojanovic, Branimir Jovanovic, Olja Petrovic, Dane Stanojcic, Aleksandar Jugovic, Branko Jovanovic and Stefan Kitanovic.
