22nd Meeting of National Assembly Economic Caucus
At the 22nd meeting, held on 8 December, the members of the National Assembly Economic Caucus reviewed the amendment proposals the Economic Caucus is to submit to the Bill on Enforcement and Security.
The objective of the new law on enforcement and security, which the National Assembly will be discussing at one of its sessions before the end of the year, is to improve the system of enforcement in Serbia, protect the rights of the parties involved and reduce the potential for misuse.
The Head of the Economic Caucus Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic thanked the participants, adding that the Bill on Enforcement and Security is a best practice example for the path a bill follows from the submitter all the way to Assembly procedure.
Besides the Head of the Economic Caucus Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic, the meeting was also attended by new Economic Caucus members MPs Slobodan Homen and Zarko Micin.
