21st Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 18 November 2024, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered the resignation tendered to the post of MP by Dragana Lukic.

The Committee went on to review the notification of the National Assembly Secretary General on the reprimand issued to maintain order at the Second Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 14th Legislature, held on 26 September 2024. The Committee adopted the Decision to fine MP Milos Parandilovic 10% of an MP’s base salary i.e. 11,521.83 RSD.

The Committee also considered the notification of the National Assembly Secretary General on reprimand issued to maintain order at the First Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2024, held on 8 October 2024. The Committee adopted the Decision to fine MP Milos Parandilovic 20% of an MP’s base salary i.e. 23,043.67 RSD

The Committee considered and gave a positive opinion to the request submitted by MP Dane Stanojcic, to assume another public post, that of member of the Supervisory Board of Chemical Product Factory Hemofluid a.d. Krusevac.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Marko Milosevic, Jelena Milosevic, Dr Dragana Rakic, Djordje Komlenski, Goran Milic, Stefan Janjic, Uros Djokic, Zoran Stojanovic, Igor Jaksic, Branimir Jovanovic, Dane Stanojcic, Olja Petrovic, Snezana Stojanovic, Prof. Dr Miloljub Albijanic, Branko Lukic and Stefan Kitanovic.
