20th Sitting of the Foreign Affairs Committee

At the sitting held on 23 October 2023, at the proposal of Committee Chairman Borko Stefanovic, the members of the Foreign Affairs Committee unanimously amended the proposed agenda to include: standing delegations’ regular activities.


The Committee members considered the Bill on the Confirmation of the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia, Protocol amending the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia, Second Protocol amending the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia and Third Protocol amending the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia, presented by First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic.

Following a debate, the Committee members unanimously accepted the Bill and went on to adopt one initiative for visits, noted the standing delegations’ regular activities, adopted one report on visits realised, as well as noted the realised parliamentary and other contacts. The Committee also noted the changes to the parliamentary friendship groups with Germany and the UK.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Borko Stefanovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Biljana Pantic Pilja, Marina Ragus, Tamara Pilipovic, Dubravka Filipovski, Nemanja Joksimovic, Natasa Jovanovic, Haji Milorad Stosic, Dunja Simonovic Bratic, Draginja Vlk, Ksenija Markovic and Zoltan Dani.
