The Committee members unanimously decided to forward to the National Assembly a Report stating that the death of MP Konstantin Arsenovic falls within the situation set out in article 88, paragraph 1, item 8 of the Law on Election of MPs according to which death is listed as a reason for the termination of an MP’s term of office before the expiry of the term they were elected for, thus proposing that the National Assembly note the termination of the abovementioned MP’s term of office.
