184th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 26 February, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the three bills on the agenda for the Seventh Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2016.
The Committee members reviewed and found the Bill on the Salary System of Employees in the Public Sector, Bill on General Administrative Procedure, submitted by the Government, and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Territorial Organisation of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by MP Dr Branislav Blazic, to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
On the behalf of the submitter, the bills were elaborated by Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Kori Udovicki.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic and attended by Committee members and deputy members Tanja Tomasevic Damnjanovic, Balint Pasztor, Svetislav Vukmirica, Zarko Micin, Nedjo Jovanovic, Jasmina Obradovic, Biljana Hasanovic Korac, Dragan Polovina, Petar Petrovic, MP Prof. Dr Branislav Blazic, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Dr Kori Udovicki, and other representatives of the competent ministry.
