17th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 28 January 2021, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the Proposal of an Authentic Interpretation of Article 64, paragraph 1 of the Law on Higher Education, submitted by MP Dr Vladimir Orlic, and the Proposal of an Authentic Interpretation of Article 2, paragraph 1, item 3 of the Law on Prevention of Corruption, submitted by MP Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
The Committee found MP Orlic’s proposal of an authentic interpretation to be founded and decided to submit the Proposal of an Authentic Interpretation of Article 64, paragraph 1 of the Law on Higher Education, submitted by MP Dr Vladimir Orlic, in its proposed form to the National Assembly.
The Committee also found MP Martinovic’s proposal of an authentic interpretation to be founded and decided to submit the Proposal of an Authentic Interpretation of Article 2, paragraph 1, item 3 of the Law on Prevention of Corruption, submitted by MP Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, in its proposed form to the National Assembly.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Jelena Zaric Kovacevic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Olja Petrovic, Vuk Mircetic, Marko Mladenovic, Ugljesa Mrdic, Djuro Peric, Dr Balint Pasztor, Toma Fila, Mina Kitanovic, Jovan Palalic, Vesna Rankovic and Ilija Matejic
