The Committee also adopted the decision to organise the third public hearing on Presentation of the Draft Law amending and modifying the Law on the Unified Electoral Roll, prepared by the Working Group for the Improvement of the Electoral Process on 26 February 2025 in Novi Sad at 10 am.

As item 3 on its agenda, the Committee adopted the decision to organise the second public hearing on Presentation of the Draft Law amending and modifying the Law on the Unified Electoral Roll, prepared by the Working Group for the Improvement of the Electoral Process on 28 February 2025 in Nis, starting at noon.

In line with Article 84, paragraph 5 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, in addition to the members and deputy members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues, the Committee will also invited all the MPs, the members of the Working Group for the Improvement of the Electoral Process, representatives of the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, Ministry of the Interior, Republic Electoral Commission, CRTA, Centre for Free Elections and Democracy and Transparency Serbia, as well as representatives the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Serbia, OSCE Mission to Serbia, Embassy of the United States of America, Embassy of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Federal Republic of Germany, Republic of Italy, France and the Kingdom of Norway, and interested public.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Milica Nikolic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Branko Pavlovic, Dijana Radovic, Olja Petrovic, Nikola Bokan, Snezana Jovanovic, Risto Kostov, Milos Gnjidic, Jasmina Palurovic, Dragan Nikolic and Sanja Jefic Brankovic.
