167th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 22 January, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues reviewed the amendments to the bills submitted by the Government.
The Committee unanimously found all 53 of the amendments submitted to the Bill on Public Peace and Order to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee found all of the 82 amendments submitted to the Public Assembly Bill compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia, except for the amendment submitted to Article 20 by MPs Vladimir Pavicevic and Zoran Zivkovic, and the amendment submitted to Article 20 by MP Aida Corovic.
All of the 84 amendments submitted to the Advertising Bill were found to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee unanimously found all 13 of the amendments submitted to the Bill on Information Security to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was attended by Committee members Gordana Comic, Prof. Dr Zarko Obradovic, Tanja Tomasevic Damnjanovic, Balint Pasztor, Nedjo Jovanovic, Veroljub Arsic, Dragan Polovina, and deputy members Jasmina Obradovic, Jelisaveta Pribojac and Zivan Djurisic.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
