15th Sitting of the European Integration Committee

At the sitting held on 3 June 2025, the members of the European Integration Committee considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Electronic Media, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Advertising and the Bill on Air Protection.

The Bill amending and modifying the Law on Electronic Media was presented by Dr Katarina Tomasevic, Assistant Minister of Information and Telecommunication, and after a debate the Committee members accepted the Bill by majority vote.

State Secretary at the Ministry of Domestic and Foreign Trade Luka Stojanovic presented the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Advertising. Following a debate the Committee members unanimously accepted the Bill.

The Bill on Air Protection was presented by a representative of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and after a debate the Committee members accepted the Bill by majority vote.

The Committee then selected a delegation, comprising Committee member Ana Miljanic and Committee Chairperson Elvira Kovacs, to take part in the meeting of the Chairpersons of the Conference of Parliamentary Committees for Union Affairs of Parliaments of the European Union (COSAC), to be held in Copenhagen, Denmark, on 3 and 4 July 2025.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Elvira Kovacs, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Tijana Peric Digilenski, Zagorka Aleksic, Ana Miljanic, Goran Milic, Zdravko Mladenovic, Branislav Josifovic, Dunja Simonovic Bratic, Robert Kozma, Stanislava Janosevic, Milan Radin, Dr Aleksandra Tomic, Dr Milica Marusic Jablanovic and Sanja Dzajic.
