15th Sitting of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy
At the sitting held on 27 November 2025, the members of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy considered, in detail, the Bill on Natural Gas, Bill on Crude Oil, and the Bill on Mandatory Reserves of Crude Oil, Oil Derivatives and Natural Gas.
The Government and the Committee accepted none of the ten amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill on Natural Gas.
One amendment had been submitted to the Bill on Crude Oil, which neither the Government nor the Committee accepted.
The MPs had submitted two amendments to the Bill on Mandatory Reserves of Crude Oil, Oil Derivatives and Natural Gas. The Government and the Committee accepted the amendment to Article 5 of the Bill, submitted by MP Marijan Risticevic, while the other amendment was not accepted.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Dusan Bajatovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Miroslav Kondic, Nikola Radosavljevic, Snezana Jovanovic, Dragana Arsic, Dragana Radinovic, Zeljko Veselinovic, Goran Nikolic, Vojislav Vujic, Tijana Davidovac, Olivera Denic, Zarko Ristic and Prof. Dr Slobodan Cvejic.
