153rd Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 4 December, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the amendments to the Bill on Mining and Geological Research, submitted by the Government.


Out of the 117 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill on Mining and Geological Research, the Committee found 115 to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee members found the amendment submitted to Article 1 by Milinko Zivkovic, and the amendment submitted to Article 10 by MPs Marko Djurisic, Ninoslav Stojadinovic, Aleksandar Senic, Biljana Hasanovic Korac, Goran Bogdanovic, Branka Karavidic, Slobodan Homen, Miroslav Marinkovic and Blagoje Bradic, not to comply with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
